I discovered this fantastic addition to the Purina® brand back in November or December, while yet again searching for a food that Bubbs will actually eat and enjoy. I saw the real chicken pieces and was sold. I just KNEW that he would dive straight in, or hoped anyway (he’s sooo picky, always has been!). I brought a bag home, mixed it with the food that I was currently offering, and he immediately jumped in, looked up in-between-chomps with a look of, “Thanks Mom!” I felt relieved that I had finally found something that he loved, and wasn’t a food that he ate because he was hungry and it was there. He would sometimes go two days without eating, and I really didn’t want to offer him human food or even chicken because that is just too expensive at this point (I knew he REALLY wouldn’t eat his food then!). Now, when is bowl is getting low, he lets me know. I get this stare of, “MAAWWM, it’s getting low and I need some chicken pieces on top!”
He loves it, and so do I. He’s a happy dog with Purina Pro Plan® Shredded Blend!
